This report shows the findings of our initial analysis of the public Pillar 3 disclosures of firms that have been regulated by the Investment Firms Prudential Regime (IFPR) since 2022. We analyse how they meet the overall financial adequacy rule (OFAR) and the remuneration disclosure requirements. We investigate the connection between risk and regulatory capital and between risk and pay.
